Description of Service
Notlu is an AI-powered study and note-taking tool providing audio transcription, document summarization, spaced-repetition flashcards, quizzes, and mind maps. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must authenticate through supported OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, or Apple). You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication access and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. This includes attempting to compromise system security, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or processing illegal content.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the audio recordings, documents, and notes you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Notlu a limited license to process, transcribe, and summarize your data solely to provide the study features to you.

Voice Recordings and Transcriptions
By using our voice recording and lecture transcription features, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from individuals whose voices are recorded.
